Join us for an exciting 2-day workshop on the Business Model Canvas (BMC), led by our dynamic Change Labs team of business coaches! The BMC is an invaluable tool designed to help you organize and outline your ideas to enhance your business model. This event is custom-tailored to guide individuals through the essential steps of organizing your ideas that can then be crafted into documents, such as a business plan.

Day 1 will take place on Tuesday, May 14th from 5pm-7pm MDT and will cover the Left side of the canvas, which consists of the sections of your business that are predominantly COST DRIVEN.

Day 2 will take place on Wednesday, May 15th from 11am-1pm MDT and will cover the Right side of the canvas, which consists of the sections of your business that emphasize VALUE.

Participants have the option of registering and joining both sessions either virtually or in-person. Our Change Labs coaches will all be at the Tuba City E-ship Hub to support you every step of the way through this workshop event! This is also a golden opportunity to meet with and get to know our Change Labs team face-to-face!
