Join us for a gentle, culturally rooted wellness experience focused on healing, renewal, and resilience. The Indigenous Yoga Winter Workshop offers a safe and welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and support your well-being through trauma-informed yoga and mindful breath work.
Facilitated by Haley Laughter of Hózhó Total Wellness, this workshop blends intentional movement with Indigenous-centered wellness practices to help participants feel grounded, balanced, and restored.
Two sessions will be offered on the same day, with options to attend at 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM. Please register for the specific session time you plan to attend, as space is limited for each class. Yoga mats are available upon request.
