AOT has partnered with Coconino Community College to present an Arizona specific customer service workshop, Selling Rocks. This is a two-part virtual workshop, with the first taking place on Thursday, February 25 at 11 a.m. The second workshop will be held Thursday, March 25 at 11 a.m. The sessions will be led by Big Orange Jeep Tours & Rentals Owner Jenny Adkins and AMAN Assistant General Manager Manpreet Sidhu.

Selling Rocks Workshop #1 will explore what makes a memory, quality service, why people travel, the economy of tourism and COVID-19 related issues.
