Lending Coach with a bookkeeping or accounting background

Our Lending Coaches are responsible for safeguarding the financial health of Change Labs’ loan portfolio while supporting the long-term success of the entrepreneurs we serve. This position has a special focus on building financial capacity and accounting literacy among Native entrepreneurs, especially those preparing for loans or receiving post-loan technical assistance. The coach will help business owners set up and manage bookkeeping systems (Wave, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, or other tools), understand financial statements, prepare for tax filings, and generate the reports needed for capital access and loan compliance.

E-ship Hub 8-week Summer Internship

This summer, Change Labs is creating opportunities for local interns to be part of the work happening at our E-ship Hubs in Tuba City and Shiprock. We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to be more involved in their community while gaining hands-on experience in hub operations, event coordination, and small business support over an 8-week period.

This internship combines essential operational support with real-world learning—supporting workshops, assisting with events, engaging with community members, and helping connect people to tools, coaching, and opportunities.

Applicants should be recent high school graduates or currently enrolled in higher education and available for 8 weeks during Summer 2026 at either the Tuba City or Shiprock E-ship Hub.
