Networking doesn’t have to feel awkward or forced. Join Tracie Jackson, Founder of Rezilient Soles for an interactive, in-person workshop designed to help you feel more comfortable introducing yourself, starting conversations, and building meaningful connections with new people.
Through guided partner activities and a casual networking experience, participants will practice showing up authentically, talking about their passions, actively listening, asking open-ended questions, and keeping conversations flowing naturally. You’ll also learn practical ways to join group conversations, respectfully wrap up a conversation, and move on to connect with someone new.
The workshop will end with a relaxed networking activity where you can put your new skills into practice in a welcoming, low-pressure setting. Refreshments and light snacks will be provided for participants to enjoy while mingling and making new connections.
Whether you’re an entrepreneur looking to grow your network or simply want to feel more confident connecting with others, this workshop will give you practical skills you can use at business events, community gatherings, and everyday conversations.

About the Presenter
Tracie Jackson (she/they) is an interdisciplinary Diné artist and designer who uses footwear, beadwork, and jewelry to express a deep connection to and love for their Diné culture.
Tracie has worked in the global sportswear industry with Nike and N7, designing footwear and apparel, and later brought their experience to Manitobah Mukluks, an Indigenous footwear company, where they helped push the boundaries of what Indigenous footwear can look like. They are trained in traditional moccasin making through Diné College and Advanced Pattern Engineering through Arsutoria Footwear School.
Raised in Northern Arizona, both on and off the Navajo Nation, Tracie was surrounded by the creativity and knowledge of their mother, aunts, and grandparents. As a fourth-generation Diné artisan, they come from a lineage of silversmiths, rug weavers, and moccasin makers.
